Response Time
We aim to respond to all emails within 24–48 hours. During weekends or holidays it may take a little longer, but we read every message.
What We Cannot Help With
Please note that we are an independent tool and cannot provide:
- Advice about specific vehicles or auctions on Copart
- Information about your individual Copart account or membership
- Help with transactions, payments, or disputes on the Copart platform
